For those of us who are always looking out for more information about aloe vera, the e-book, Aloe Your Miracle Doctor, is a compilation of nearly all, if not all the answers we might need. Well done, Yulia Berry!

It shares a number of facts, from both the history of aloes, and also a great number of scientific facts. There's a chapter on how to grow and multiply your own plants, and another on the most simple methods for extracting the aloe gel for your remedies. The rest, more than half of the whole book, then lists all kinds of ailments and how to use aloe vera as your remedy in each situation.

Phramaceutical companies can only dream of creating medicines that are as powerful and effective as aloe vera. Aloe your miracle doctor, is one of the best antioxidants, and will boost or improve the work of vitamins C and E, which are considered excellent antioxidants in their own right.

If you've heard anything about aloe vera at all, the first thing you may know is that it is great for burns. Break off a piece of the long green leaves, split it open and smear the gel on your burns. In a very little while you will notice improvement, or easing of pain, and in another day or so, if it was a slight burn, you may have trouble finding the spot that was burned. It has removed all trace of the damage to your skin! But aloe vera your miracle doctor is able to do much more for you. There is just more than one page of warnings or precautions, but I think they are only there to appease those who are not believers and who see potential problems everywhere. Personally, I think it is hard to fail or run into serious side-effects with aloe vera, but then, I've only had positive experiences myself. (See my Dad's story, and my own story.)

This book, Aloe - Your Miracle Doctor, told me of things I had not heard of before. One of these is biogenic stimulation method, for preparing aloe vera juice. Another is the number of remedies that have been compiled for so many ailments. Take for instance angina, which is spasms of pain in the heart. Yulia has found 7 remedies. Now, not everyone involves aloe vera, but there is bound to be one for which you have the ingredients at hand, and can use if you have angina.

Not all problems have so many ways of dealing with them, . . . but look, there are four for bleeding gums.

Just recently I was told that I have arthritis in my right wrist. So I have just checked through my Aloe - Your Miracle Doctor and I see under polyarthrtitis that I should make an ointment by grinding up one tablespoon of aloes leaves, two tablesppons of St. John's Wort, one of sage, and one of vervain or verbena leaves and then mix all of that into some vasaline. That doesn't seem so hard to do, does it?

Some of the remedies call for items you might have a harder time finding, but most of them are fairly simple, and all of them call for aloes.

Which will soon have you wondering where you can keep finding a good supply of raw aloe vera plants. I recommend growing them yourself. They are very easy to propagate. However, if you have space and time constraints, or live in a place where it would not be allowed, then I can assure you that it is possible to buy aloe vera gel in capsules. You could take those directly or open them up to mix up the remedies in Aloe - Your Miracle Doctor.

Yet another enlightenment is how aloe vera is being used in cosmetics and in beauty remedies. Most of us have heard that it is good for skin conditions, but I didn't realize that there are health spas which grind and put aloes on your face like a mask to heal and cleanse away blemishes and give you a return to a more youthful complexion. At the end, Yulia has included a pictorial index and dictionary of the other herbs mentioned in the remedies. This is great as it makes it easier to know what you are looking for when you want to find those extra ingredients.
