25 abr. 2015 - Subido por Brendon Bradley, DC

Dr. Brendon Bradley shows how to identify and correct forward head posture and ... Quick Fix to Forward Head ...

Static Stretching

As we hunch over our computers and phones, lean forward to cook and wash dishes, and generally just continue aging, we develop this forward head look that's not only unattractive but possibly damaging to our health. This video offers ways to reverse it.
Dr. Paula Moore does a good job in the video of outlining simple stretches you can do— including ones that use the wall as a prop—and "prescribing" we work up to ten reps four times a day.
Fixing your bad posture could prevent chronic pain or illness, so give it a try even if your neck hasn't started sticking out that much yet.
